The Exchange Awards 2025

The Nomination period for the Exchange Awards will be open June 1- 20, 2025. Only industry professionals with direct responsibility and oversight of beverage programs within the multi-unit/on-premise segment of national/strategic or regional accounts or supporting affiliated partners such as a third party marketing agency or a supplier partner with direct partnership to on-premise beverage programming are eligible to submit nominations. 

The nomination form will be made available online and through emails to complete.  The nomination process will be announced prior to June as a Save the Date.   Each nomination must be submitted with a verified company email and meet the criteria listed above.  Each person nominating will be required to list their name, job title and company for verification.  

All information in regards to the nomination and category will be verified and follow-ups requesting additional information may occur.  

Industry votes must be made with a verified company email.  (No gmail, aol, iCloud or unverified email will be counted.)     Each  unique  company  email  may  submit  one  ballot,   which  includes  all  categories.    Example:   jen@thepineapplegroup.net can  only  vote  one  time. 

     *** Gmail,  AOL,  ICloud,  Hotmail  or  any  email  that  is  not  verifiable  as  a  company  email  will  not  be  counted  in  the  overall  industry  vote   unless  they  can  be  verified.    

Nomination submissions will be received from June 1 - 20, 2025 and only verified submissions will be placed on the first round ballot, which is the industry vote.   

The Industry Vote will be restricted to verified industry professionals with the same eligibility criteria as the nominating phase listed above in the eligibility paragraph.

The Industry Vote will be July 28 - July 30, 2025.     An annoucement will be made on social media and through industry emails when voting is open.  

The industry Vote will be verified and once complete, the top 5 finalists will be announced.  These individuals or companies will be announced on social media.  

These finalists will then be placed on a ballot for our Exchange Awards Committee to rank each category from 1-5 with 1 being their choice for the overall winner.  The Awards Committee is made up of individuals who represent all tiers of the beverage industry in on-premise.  .   

The individuals and finalists for the 2025 Exchange Awards will be celebrated on the last evening of HEE West, where on November 5, 2025, our “Gilded Age” Awards Gala will announce the winners.
